Our total service package includes, but is not limited to, leasing, tenant screening, rent collections, eviction coordination, processing payment of all bills, maintenance and grounds supervision, 24 hour emergency services, preventative maintenance programs, vendor supervision, and a timely financial reporting on your property. We will meet with you personally to discuss what services suit your needs.
This total service package will minimize the time and effort our clients spend on maintaining their properties. We also provide a comprehensive monthly summary that includes all income and expenses on your property so that you stay informed on your property’s profitability. Included in this summary will be an update on the building’s current condition and any related information. CPI has an excellent tenant screening process to ensure high occupancy rates with less turnover. We will ensure that rent is collected in a timely manner and will handle any eviction proceedings if necessary.
